About Our Company

Dongo Civils is a civil construction company specializing in Asphalt and Tarmac projects. Formerly known as Asphalt Africa the company rebranded to Dongo Civils in November 2021 but has been in existence since its initial inception in June 1993. The company has 30 years of experience in Road Construction, Asphalt and Tarmac, Tennis Courts, Driveway and related construction projects.

Dongo Civils makes use of its own earth moving equipment and machinery and it also enjoys good relations with some of the leading plant and machinery hiring companies where we hire equipment and machinery to complement our own should there be a need in any of our projects.

With a stuff compliment of more than 60 permanent employees and being able to hire locals in any area that we do work, Dongo Civils has the best in Human capital to be able to undertake projects of any size. We also enjoy a good banking relationship with our bankers FNB, with all the financial support we need to do what we do best, Asphalt and Tarmac Projects.

We always ensure that we adhere to the OHS Act and we meet all the construction Health and safety regulations. Prior to the execution of any job we do Risk Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment. We also have a Quality Management System in place, which helps us deliver high quality projects.
